Alfred Le Fermier is a hard certified organic cow’s milk farmer’s cheese made with high scald.
It is ripened over a period of eight months
on wooden boards found on our farm. Flowery and nutty in flavour, Alfred Le Fermier has a particularly supple texture. Its orangey crust has a woody odour. Mainly a tray cheese, it is
also excellent served with a good port or browned.
