ALFRED LE FERMIER PANINIS

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS
  • 60 g of Alfred Le Fermier
  • 1 panini bread
  • 3 thin slices of smoked trout
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Pesto
PREPARATION

Spread the open panini bread with pesto.

Cover with smoked trout, avocado and slices of Alfred Le Fermier.

Close panini bread and tightly wrap with aluminum foil.

Cook in the oven at 350? F for 10 minutes.

Unwrap and serve hot.

Delicious when served with a salad and a (pale) micro brewery beer. )
